Starting from Tue 29 June we perform weekly Ganapati Puja for invoking auspiciousness, protection and blessings in life (9-10am). Ganesha is the presiding Deity who is known to bestow boons of the highest transcendental knowledge – Paravidya, and removal of obstacles on the path to liberation.
From 10 to 12pm we get our hands dirty to clean, weed, build, plant and do various projects to maintain the beauty of our sacred Yoga space.
From 12-1pm there is lunch, followed by deep relaxation in Yoga Nidra 1-1:45pm.
We are looking forward to see you there and continue co-creating harmony by bringing Yoga into our daily life.
