In a couple of weeks time we host a break-through deep meditation immersion course over weekend. Swami Karmakaruna (Anahata Yoga Retreat, NZ) flies in from New Zealand to pass on the light of authentic yoga – structured to perfection, penetrating the most entrenched resistances and purifying all layers of our being.
This is a rare opportunity on national level to prep the body with systematic yoga and delve into learning such practices as Kaya Sthariam (Body Stillness), Antar Mouna (Inner Silence) and Antar Darshan (Inner Darshan), AUM Meditation, Ajapajapa (Spontaneous Mantra Flow).
We recommend you attend both workshops, but they can also be attended individually. Sign up for both and receive a 20% discount!
