This versatile practice extends its transformative reach to yourself, others, and the cosmos. Havans purify hearts and the environment alike. Deeply rooted in worship, this practice fosters pure love, self-awareness, and unwavering concentration. Negative traits dissolve, virtues flourish, elevating individuals to a divine state.

Step into union with the divine at our sanctuary, guided by the wisdom of Swami Sivananda:

“There are many benefits of worship; it purifies the heart and fills it with pure love for the Lord. It turns the mind inward and allows us to look at ourselves honestly. It steadies the mind inward and develops effortless concentration. It destroys evil qualities such as anger, lust, jealousy, hatred, egoism and greed. It fills the heart with the divine virtues of honesty, understanding, forgiveness and cheerfulness. It slowly changes man into a divine being, like a holy saint. In the end it leads to union with the Lord, which is the goal of human life.Through regular worship we gradually feel a stronger and stronger love for God. We become in tune with the divine will of the Lord, which grants us peace, prosperity and protection in our daily lives.”
