Module 13 — The Eight Limbs (The Gardener’s Path) (in development – do not purchase)

About Course

Patañjali’s aṣṭāṅga — the eight limbs from yama through samādhi (YS 2.29), set inside the four branches of yoga (Bhakti/heart · Karma/hands · Rāja/breath-mind · Jñāna/inquiring mind — four branches of ONE body). Re-angled: THE WHOLE-PATH MODULE — the industry sold one limb (āsana, the shapes) as the whole; the whole tree is still here, and the student has been walking it all along. ⚠ MODULE SYMBOL = THE WHOLE TREE (the whole path already-walked vs. the fragment sold as the whole).

Three weeks · 90 hours · Module Award on completion. The day is japa (morning) · nidra (day) · meditation (night) · diary.

Narrated by MATRI (Voice Replica).

This is education and coaching in Rāja Yoga (yoga psychology) — a teaching-and-practice program. It is not therapy, counselling, psychiatric care, or medical treatment, and it does not replace them. Matri is a teacher and coach, not a clinician . Nothing here is a diagnosis, a treatment, or a substitute for professional care. Growing into independence is the aim of all real teaching — so this is not “never change anything”: any change to medication, therapy, or clinical support, including stepping down as you grow
