    Affordable, Beautiful, Clearly Printed Book

    Excellent print, great quality and easy to read English translation. Must have book in your personal library. Kudos to publishers. I wish I had been sent the hard copy. Nonetheless, it is a religious book, so in that sense it doesn’t matter.

    Expected better quality

    First page is torn off. Asked for a replacement and in that also the first page is torn off. Also Hindi words are clubbed together that makes it a little difficult to go with the flow.

    No difference in hardcover and paperback

    I ordered hardcover but i got paperback then i got to know that both hardcover and paperback are same from seller if you genuinely want a hardcover then buy directly from gitapress gorakhpur seller and if you are only after the content than there is no difference in that both hardcover and paperback have same content in it.

    While India Post stuffed around for a couple of days with my delivery, the customer service from the Seller was exceptional. They replied to all my messages very quickly. The book was also in great condition and well packaged to make its journey to me. The font and print quality of the book is also very good. Looking forward to reading through it now.

    English translation is fine but Hindi translation needs thorough check

    It’s a good book. But too many errors in Hindi translation. The words are joined in almost every sentence. Since, I am good at English, so it worked for me. But, if you can’t do without hindi, please go for some other publication.

    Good … But …

    I love the fact that it’s the Bhagavad Gita, but I don’t like that I received a paperback copy after ordering a hardcover, and I also would have preferred transliteration between the Sanskrit and English.

    I haven’t read shrimad bhagawadgita ever. This is Perfect for someone like me who want to start. Plus Sanskrit text is translated into hindi & english. Easy to read and understand.

    Can someone even criticise Gita? This has to be the best philosophy text the world has ever seen. The actual Sanskrit shloks were written and right underneath it the english translation of the shlok has been provided, as it is. Must read even if once in a lifetime.

    One of the most accessible, fluid, and brief translation (not a commentary) on the Bhagawad Geeta. Received the PB edition instead instead of the Hardbound edition from the seller
